- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My appointment for my hypertension check was again cancelled for the second time for the 3rd time given alternative appointment it will be 7 weeks from the time of first ringing to get my appointment and even though its not serious it is a long time to wait.I have been a patient for 30 years and have never found the appointment system so bad.To get to see a doctor is almost impossible as I start work at 6am and can not been sat a phone 8am I can not understand why there arent morning and afternoon appointments which would suit everybody or go back to on line booking which I personally found good.I find the nurses and doctors good when you get to see one and disagree with the comments by some patients that the receptionists are rude I havent experienced this its just your appointment system very frustratingBy Admin, February 02, 2018
